You prepare for bed, expecting a full night's sleep. You badly need it for a hectic day tomorrow.

However, you don't get to have it.
In the middle of the night, you wake up suddenly. Try as you might; you are unable to fall asleep again.
Our internal clock alternates between sleep and wakefulness throughout the day. We call this continuous cycle our circadian rhythm. However, this rhythm occasionally gets disturbed.

For some, it happens more often, depriving them of energy for the rest of the day.
Most of you cannot afford to lose more sleep. You need vitality for the long day ahead.
