The first Executive Warrior Breath is called the Sky Breath.
It's pretty simple.
I think you’ll agree that true strength and resilience starts within you, your core.
This is the reason why the Sky breath breathing technique is designed to build up your inner resilience by helping bring health to your internal organs like the heart, lungs, liver, kidneys, spleen, stomach, intestines, bladder, and gallbladder functions.

Just make sure that you note the following key ideas when practicing:

- Each time you take a deep breath during the sequence, you should visualize your lower body expanding and contracting like a balloon. Yeah, a balloon! A balloon expands in all directions and this is what you would like your whole upper body to do in order to maximise the amount of oxygen you are breathing in.
- Visualise your head going upward as you take your deep breaths. The idea is to expand, expand, and expand.
- When you hold your breath, feel your body stretch.
