Millions of people take vitamin supplements. I'm sure some of you have a medicine cabinet that's full of those. Are you one of the many whose countertop is spilling over with bottles and bottles of such pills?
Supplements fulfill a specific function. You can take them at the right time and for the right reason.

One of those reasons is for sleep enhancement. In these hectic times, all of us need the right amount of sleep to tackle the various tasks of our very busy lives. Less sleep means less energy. How can you do your tasks without sufficient energy?
